Rainbow’s End Driving Academy in Victor Harbor is owned and operated by Ray Barlow, a Professional Driving Instructor and Authorised Examiner with over 38 years experience, with a background in Education as a secondary teacher and part time TAFE lecturer for 26 years.

Rainbow’s End Driving Academy was established by Ray in 1985, and covers the Goolwa, Victor Harbor & Normanville areas, and offers a pick up service from the schools in Victor Harbor and Yankalilla by negotiation.

Ray is a member of the Professional Driver Trainers Association (SA), and was a board member for twenty years, including being the secretary for more than 10 years.

Ray specialises in the Competency Based Training system, also known a the Log Book, but also offers re-training and refresher lessons for people who may have had a medical episode and have been told by the Department of Transport and Infrastructure that they must have a driving test conducted by DTI to regain their licence.
